healthy, sharp, and it will give you more energy.

RULES AND ETIQUETTE
DID YOU KNOW…? That you may have the flagstick attended,
removed or held up from anywhere on the course. Rule 17-1
Campers worked on trajectory this week. They were asked to
modify their stance in order to hit balls at different trajectories: Ball
position and weight distribution allows players to hit the ball at
different heights.

THIS WEEK’S CORE VALUE: INTEGRITY

Knowing the difference between right and wrong; doing the right thing even when no one is looking.

HEALTHY HABIT

Avoid the Sugar Shanks! Not only can sugar help you gain weight, but it can lead to diabetes. Be aware of how much sugar is in the food and drinks you consume.

As the camp progresses, Coach Eileen increases the intensity of the work out.

RULES AND ETIQUETTE

DID YOU KNOW…? That you may share clubs with a PARTNER provided that the number of clubs carried by both players does not exceed fourteen in total. Rule 4-4b.

SWING TIP OF THE WEEK

Students practiced for their skills test this week. They worked on keeping their leading foot planted while hitting the ball. Doing this allowed for better balance and more consistent shots.
